we start the class with setting up your own machine for perfect stitching.
we then make the ohio star block, the texas lone star and the druckards path blocks.
you will need to bring your sewing machine and thread, also a cutting mat, rotary cutter and quilters ruler. Materials for the class as well as a light lunch and refreshments throughout the day will be provided.

This class is for intermediate sewers who want to learn Simon's speed tailoring techniques.
you will be measured a week prior to the class and Simon will draft your personal jacket pattern for you to keep.
On the morning of the class we will make a calico toile from the patterns, then, after lunch, Simon will demonstrate how to speed tailor a jacket from start to finish.
you will need to bring your own sewing machine, scisors and thread, but calico, pattern, refreshments and a ligh lunch are included.
